#Happy new year

The Eagle does not fight the snake on the ground.
It picks it up into the sky and changes the battle ground, and then it releases the snake into the sky.

The snake has no stamina, no power and no balance in the air.
It is useless, weak and vulnerable unlike on the ground where it is powerful wise and deadly.

Take your fight into the spiritual realm by praying and when you are in the spiritual realm God takes over your battles.

Don't fight the enemy in his comfort zone, change the battle grounds like the Eagle and let God take charge through your earnest prayer.

You'll be assured of clean victory.
Pray without ceasing.
Enjoy a blissful new year ..

#Closing 2015

One always has to know when a stage comes to an end.

If we insist on staying longer than the necessary time, we lose the happiness and the meaning of the other stages we have to go through.

Closing cycles, shutting doors, ending chapters – whatever name we give it, what matters is to leave in the past the moments of life that have finished.

Did you lose your job? Has a loving relationship come to an end? Did you leave your parents' house? Gone to live abroad? Has a long-lasting friendship ended all of a sudden?

You can spend a long time wondering why this has happened.

You can tell yourself you won't take another step until you find out why certain things that were so important and so solid in your life have turned into dust, just like that.

But such an attitude will be awfully stressing for everyone involved: your parents, your husband or wife, your friends, your children, your sister.

Everyone is finishing chapters, turning over new leaves, getting on with life, and they will all feel bad seeing you at a standstill.

Things pass, and the best we can do is to let them really go away.

That is why it is so important (however painful it may be!) to destroy souvenirs, move, give lots of things away to orphanages, sell or donate the books you have at home.

Everything in this visible world is a manifestation of the invisible world, of what is going on in our hearts – and getting rid of certain memories also means making some room for other memories to take their place.

Let things go. Release them. Detach yourself from them.

Nobody plays this life with marked cards, so sometimes we win and sometimes we lose.

Do not expect anything in return, do not expect your efforts to be appreciated, your genius to be discovered, your love to be understood.

Stop turning on your emotional television to watch the same program over and over again,
the one that shows how much you suffered from a certain loss: that is only poisoning you, nothing else.

Nothing is more dangerous than not accepting love relationships that are broken off,
work that is promised but there is no starting date,
decisions that are always put off waiting for the "ideal moment."

Before a new chapter is begun, the old one has to be finished: tell yourself that what has passed will never come back.

Remember that there was a time when you could live without that thing or that person – nothing is irreplaceable,
a habit is not a need.
This may sound so obvious, it may even be difficult, but it is very important.

Closing cycles. Not because of pride, incapacity or arrogance, but simply because that no longer fits your life.

Shut the door, change the record, clean the house, shake off the dust.

Stop being who you were, and change into who you are.

Food for thought

We tend to judge others by their behavior,
and ourselves by our intentions.

Love this story so much:

A woman baked chapatti (roti) for members of her family and an extra one for a hungry passerby.

She kept the extra chapatti on the window sill, for whosoever would take it away. Every day, a hunchback came and took away the chapatti.
Instead of expressing gratitude, he muttered the following words as he went his way:

" ‪#The_Evil_yoU_Do_Remains_with_yoU‬:
‪#The_Good_yoU_Do_Comes_Back_to_yoU‬! "

This went on, day after day.
Every day, the hunchback came, picked up the chapatti and uttered the words:
"The evil you do, remains with you:
The good you do, comes back to you!"

The woman felt irritated.

"Not a word of gratitude,"
she said to herself…

"Everyday this hunchback utters this jingle! What does he mean?"

One day, exasperated, she decided to do away with him.
"I shall get rid of this hunchback,"
she said.
And what did she do?
She added poison to the chapatti she prepared for him!

As she was about to keep it on the window sill, her hands trembled. "What is this I am doing?" she said.
Immediately, she threw the chapatti into the fire, prepared another one and kept it on the window sill.
As usual, the hunchback came, picked up the chapatti and muttered the words:
"The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!"

The hunchback proceeded on his way, blissfully unaware of the war raging in the mind of the woman. Every day, as the woman placed the chapatti on the window sill, she offered a prayer for her son who had gone to a distant place to seek his fortune.
For many months, she had no news of him.. She prayed for his safe return.

That evening, there was a knock on the door. As she opened it, she was surprised to find her son standing in the doorway. He had grown thin and lean. His garments were tattered and torn. He was hungry, starved and weak.

As he saw his mother, he said, "Mom, it's a miracle I'm here. While I was but a mile away,
I was so famished that I collapsed. I would have died, but just then an old hunchback passed by.
I begged of him for a morsel of food, and he was kind enough to give me a whole chapatti.

As he gave it to me, he said,
"This is what I eat everyday : today, I shall give it to you, for your need is greater than mine!"

" As the mother heard those words, her face turned pale.
She leaned against the door for support.
She remembered the poisoned chapatti that she had made that morning.
Had she not burnt it in the fire,
it would have been eaten by her own son, and he would have lost his life!

It was then that she realized the significance of the words:

"The evil you do remains with you:
The good you do, comes back to you!"

Do good and Don't ever stop doing good, even if it is not appreciated at that time.

Great Read - Which Parent Wouldn't Identify With This !

"I just realized that while children are dogs—loyal and affectionate—teenagers are cats.

It's so easy to be a dog owner. You feed it, train it, boss it around. It puts its head on your knee and gazes at you as if you were a Rembrandt painting. It bounds indoors with enthusiasm when you call it.

Then, around age 13, your adoring puppy turns into a big old cat. When you tell it to come inside, it looks amazed, as if wondering who died and made you emperor.

Instead of dogging your footsteps, it disappears. You won't see it again until it gets hungry…then it pauses on its sprint through the kitchen long enough to turn up its nose at whatever you're serving, swishing its tail and giving you an aggrieved look until you break out the tuna again.

When you reach out to ruffle its head in that old affectionate gesture, it twists away from you, then gives you a blank stare as if it is trying to remember where it has seen you before.

You, not realizing your dog is now a cat, think something must be desperately wrong with it. It seems so antisocial, so distant, sort of depressed. It won't go on family outings. Since you're the one who raised it, taught it to fetch, stay and sit on command, you assume you did something wrong. Flooded with guilt and fear, you redouble your efforts to make your pet behave.

Only now you're dealing with a cat, so everything that worked before now has the opposite result. Call it, and it runs away. Tell it to sit, and it jumps on the counter. The more you go toward it, wringing your hands, the more it moves away.

Instead of continuing to act like a dog owner, you must learn to behave like a cat owner. Put a dish of food near the door and let it come to you. But remember that a cat needs your help and affection too. Sit still and it will come, seeking that warm, comforting lap it has not entirely forgotten. Be there to open the door for it.

One day your grown up child will walk into the kitchen, give you a big kiss and say,"You've been on your feet all day. Let me get those dishes for you."

Then, you'll realize your cat is a dog again."

Knowledge Sheet::

How to forgive::
Forgiving is not only difficult, it is almost impossible as long as you think that someone is a culprit.

But if you see that person, whomsoever you want to forgive, not as a culprit but as a victim of situations, a victim of ignorance, or just a postman to deliver what was due to you, you don't need to forgive them. They just simply disappear from your domain.

When a postman has delivered you a parcel, that's it, you don't think about the postman. You are with the parcel, whether you like it or not. You do whatever you want to do with the parcel.

This is exactly the attitude you should have.

When you get a nasty email, you don't bang or throw your computer or laptop because you've got a nasty email.
Whatever email came, the laptop just reflects that. That's all!

Similarly, people are just like laptops.
You don't need to forgive them. You simply need to have a better understanding.

If you ask them, sometimes, they also may not know why they behaved that way, why they did what they did to hurt you.

Have you ever noticed that happiness is not a state to arrive at but a manner of travelling?

Its not DEPENDENCY but it is a DECISION?

Its not something that comes from outside but it comes from inside?

We don't have to reach somewhere or get something to be happy. Its only with such a realisation that we can radiate a happy energy like a glowing light from within. Because of this amazing light we now can clearly see the magnificent colours of the world around. Happiness literally lights up our world and guides us on each and every step we take in this Journey of Life!!!

#Emotional vampire

Have you ever heard the term 'Emotion Vampire'?

An emotion vampire is a person who you care about but they are almost impossible to please. No matter what you do, no matter how much you give, no matter what sacrifices you make, no matter how much you co-operate…they always make you believe you are NOT good enough.

Interactions with them, leave you emotionally drained. Verbally you may or may not be abused, gesture wise, energy wise, attention wise, behaviour wise, you feel abused.

Your relationship with them started out well. Over a period of time they became important to you. Now you feel taken for granted. Interactions with them makes you feel a 'void' inside.

Perhaps, he is your college friend who calls you only to complain at length about his bad marriage or poor work conditions and completely ignores asking about you.

Perhaps, she is your relative, who calls you only when she needs someone to crib about other family members or to grumble about her child who is not studying well or to lament how no one understands her or how her husband does not give her time at all.

Perhaps, it is a acquaintance who always asks for advice, never does anything about that advice and never returns your calls.

Perhaps, is is your child / spouse / in-laws / parents, who do not truly care about your challenges and feelings. They are selfishly and exclusively focussed on you meeting their expectations and on you taking great care of them.

On their best day, they might throw a few crumbs at you. On their worst day, they will scream and belittle you and claim they fed you a feast.

Funnily, you find yourself making excuses for them….
She was in a bad mood today, that's why...
He had a difficult childhood, that's why….
One day, they will understand.
Next time, she won't behave like this.
He is still a child.
After all, we should not give up or lose hope.
Why to take 'panga'? Jaane de na!
Her nature is good, just that……………
He said sorry na! Lets give him another chance….
She does not mean what she said.

Slowly, their insensitive behaviour makes it harder for you to make excuses. Chances are, not knowing what to do, you see this as your 'fate'. Something inside of you, a huge part of your bubbling energy, gets locked down. You become morose. Your state becomes melancholia.

The truth is some relationships are purely for circumstances. A college hostel room mate, a community get together committee, co-passengers, a co-worker etc.

When circumstances change, these relationships may not work. When college ends, when jobs change, when vehicles change, those friendships may not work. That's ok. That's the way life is. Attempting to desperately hold on to circumstantial relationships may create toxic moments and toxic memories.

For some people, you are just a circumstance relationship.

If you find you have a emotional vampire in your life, here is what we suggest you do. Make a list of positive and negative things that you get from the relationship. Does the negative outstrip the positive? If that is the truth, it is time to evaluate the relationship. You need not give up on that person completely. However, you must take a few steps away and look at it fresh. Find sources of bustling joy and sources of dynamic energy in your life. Most importantly, involve yourself in something that desires your COMPLETE devotion. Mind you, I am not saying find a distraction. I am saying DO something with DEVOTION. The more long term it is, the more apt it is.

This way, you will create some necessary space between you and your emotional vampires. This will do you a world of good.

If you are not going to do so, there is only one explanation. You must be still 'believing' in the excuses you are making for them.

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose exhorted, "Give me blood. I will give you freedom."

My dearest friends, if you are giving your life, your attention, your energy (metaphorically - your blood) in a relationship, it must lead to freedom not slavery.

Choose Emotional boosters not emotional vampires.
Choose Happiness not helplessness.

Ethics is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do

and what is right to do.

What we desire is not always, what we Get...
But unknowingly many times we get things much more than what we Expect...
These are called "Blessings".

What is fear.....😱?
Unacceptance of uncertainty.
If we accept that uncertainty,
it becomes adventure...!

What is envy 😒?
Unacceptance of good in others
If we accept that good, it becomes inspiration...!

What is Anger😡?
Unacceptance of things which are beyond our control.
If we accept, it becomes tolerance...!

What is hatred😬?
Unacceptance of person as he is.
If we accept person unconditionally, it becomes love...!

It's a matter of acceptance.

Resistance creates stress...
Acceptance does away with stress .. 😀😀

"Where there is a struggle,..
there is a story,

Where there is belief,..
there are miracles,

where there is truth,...
there is victory"
Happy mrng...💐

If you are talented in something,
help others as much as you can because whenever God gives,
He doesn't give it to you, He gives it through you.

QUESTION: Do you believe in karma? What about "family karma" or "ancestral karma"? Aren't we all forgiven and wiped clean when we pass over? Why would my karma be affected by my parents and/or why would mine affect my kids?

ANSWER: Yes, karma is real and has been put in place to balance universal laws. The Creator loves us so much, we have been given "free will" to create in any way we choose; regardless if it is positive or negative. Depending on whether our choices are aligned with the laws of the universe will determine the quality of the energy that is returned to us. Karma is simply energy balance reflecting CAUSE and EFFECT. Karma has not been put in place to punish humans, however, we can not escape the consequences of our choices. Every action, every word and every thought is recorded in our soul's energy field and will reflect the quality of our vibrational frequency. Low vibrational beings radiate a lot of "karma" or off pitched vibrations in their energy field that will need to be transmuted into a higher vibration in the future by deciding to become CONSCIOUS co-creators who choose from their own free will to align themselves with the integrity of the universal laws for the highest and best good of ALL involved. Once we decide to generate actions that evolve our soul's, and we choose not to "revolve" in the same unconscious repetitive behavioral patterns, we will begin to raise our vibrational frequency. This shift in our energy will change the quality of our life circumstances and what is created for ourselves in the future based on the law of cause and effect.

When you create karma for your self… is your karma, and it is YOU who will need to balance the distorted energy within your energy field. However, we also have generational karma we receive from our family line that is embedded in the DNA that we incarnate into. This type of karma occurs because our family lines have had lifetimes of unconscious, repetitive patterns that they have had a hard time evolving out of. Generational karma is easy to figure out…..just look at your family patterns. Alcoholism, Food and Drug Addictions, Depression, Abuse, Racism, Strong Religious Beliefs, Victim Consciousness…..these are all aspects of generational karma we carry within our DNA that is still being played out today over and over again. However, you are not a victim! "YOU" chose your family lineage to incarnate into…..your parents did not choose you. You chose them and they agreed to the soul contract based on the soul lessons you wanted to learn from them. Our generational patterns and karma are the very things we are here to heal! When we heal these karmic imprints within ourselves, we open pathways within our genetic lineage to also do the same through their own free will choice. During this transformational time on Earth, many of us who are highly evolved souls, chose very difficult family lineages to incarnate into because it is these lineages that would provide us a tremendous amount of soul's growth if we were able to break free from these patterns and it would also help our family lines break free from their bondage as well.

Whatever karma we have accumulated remains with us lifetime after lifetime until we heal the vibrational distortion within us. This is part of the laws of evolution. When we cross over into the spiritual dimensions, we are filled with The Creator's unconditional love and a large portion of our being is purified. However, our karma, or off pitched vibrations within our energy fields, remains with us and this energy will determine the quality of our life in our next incarnation. This is why it is so important for us to not hang onto unforgiveness with another person because this will only harm us and could possibly create karma within our being. Once we understand the universal laws, we will see that nothing goes unnoticed in the world of energy and that all actions are recorded within the soul's energy field so if someone has harmed us they will reap the return of their energy based on the law of cause and effect. In addition, if something negative happens to us…….what makes us think this is not the ramifications of our own energy being returned to us? Regardless of what  happens, it is better to remain in a state of gratitude because a negative interaction with someone may have been a gift from the universe that helped you balance your negative karma and heal the karmic miasim within your energy field so you could have a more balanced, loving future. In addition, it is also wise to not get overly involved or attached to other people's crisis…..this is all in perfect divine orchestration as each one of us are learning lessons, evolving our soul's and balancing our karma.

#The secret of the rose

The Secret Of The Rose

A new minister  was  walking  with  an  older, more  seasoned  minister  in  the  garden  one  day.

Feeling  a  bit  insecure  about  what  God  had for  him  to  do,  he  asked  the  older  preacher  for some  advice.  The  older  preacher  walked  up to  a  rosebush  and  handed  him  a  rosebud  and told  him  to  open  it  carefully  without  tearing off  any  of  the  petals.  The  young  preacher  was baffled,  and  was  trying  to  figure  out  what  a rosebud  could  possibly  have  to  do  with  his wanting  to  know  the  will  and  plan  of  God  for his  life  and  ministry.

Nevertheless,  because  of his  great  respect  for  the  older  preacher,  he  proceeded  to  try  to  unfold  the  rose  while  keeping every  petal  intact.  It  wasn't  long  before  he  realized  how  impossible  this  was  to  do.  Noticing the  younger  preacher's  inability  to  unfold  the rosebud  without  tearing  it,  the  older  preacher began  to  recite  the  following    poem:

It   is only a tiny rosebud,
A flower of God's design;
But  I  cannot  unfold  the  petals
With these clumsy hands of mine.

The secret of unfolding flowers
Is  not  known  to  such  as  I.
God opens this flower so easily,
But in my hands they die.

If I cannot unfold a rosebud,
This flower of God's design,
Then how can I have the wisdom
To unfold this life of mine?

So I'll trust in God for leading
Each moment of my day.
I will look to God for guidance
In each step of the way.

The path that lies before me,
Only my Lord knows.
I'll  trust  God  to  unfold the  moments,
Just as He unfolds the rose.

This is a true story that happened in Japan.

In order to renovate the house, someone in Japan breaks open the wall.

Japanese houses normally have a hollow space between the wooden walls.

When tearing down the walls, he found that there was a lizard stuck there because a nail from outside hammered into one of it's feet.

He sees this, feels pity, and at the same time curious, as when he checked the nail,
it was nailed 5 years ago when the house was first built !!!

What happened?

The lizard has survived in such position for 5 years!!!!!!!!!!

In a dark wall partition for 5 years without moving, it is impossible and mind-boggling.

Then he wondered how this lizard survived for 5 years! without moving a single step--since it's foot was nailed!

So he stopped his work and observed the lizard, what it has been doing, and what and how it has been eating.

Later, not knowing from where it came, appears another lizard, with food in it's mouth.

Ah! He was stunned and touched deeply.

For the lizard that was stuck by nail, another lizard has been feeding it for the past 5 years...

Imagine? it has been doing that untiringly for 5 long years, without giving up hope on it's partner.

Imagine what a small creature can do that a creature blessed with a brilliant mind can't.

Please never abandon your loved ones

Never Say you're Busy When They Really Need You ...

You May Have The Entire World At Your Feet.....

But You Might Be The Only World To Them....

A Moment of negligence might break the very heart which loved you against all odds..

Before you say something just takes a moment to Break but an entire lifetime to make...
