Oberoi Borivali pre-launch update as on 25th Oct 2015, Sunday:

1. All clients can have the opportunity to have an exclusive meeting with the Oberoi Sales Team / Project Head between today, Sunday, 25th Oct 15 (3-6 pm)and tomorrow, Monday, 26th Oct 15 ( 10-12 noon)for any query or clarification before the pre launch.

2. CP meet : Expecting the Channel Partner (CP) meet on Tuesday, 27th Oct 15 to know the exact details of the project.

3. Booking process initiated : We have already started collecting the pre-booking amount cheques so ensure out allotment. The demand envisaged is high then the supply during the limited inventory pre-launch offer at special pricing. Hence intend to have all the check list in place as soon as the booking opens:
A.] Unique Code - to be shared with us
B.] Ensure the CP / Broker/ Advisory name is mentioned as : sonal jain
C.] Booking amount cheque in the name of "INCLINE REALTY PVT LTD - SKY CITY"
▶ For a 3 BHK, booking amount cheque : Rs. 30 Lacs ;
▶ For a 4 BHK, booking amount cheque : Rs. 40 Lacs

Request to kindly email a  scanned copy of the cheque to us at  j_sonal@hotmail.com
The same physical copy of the cheque will be require at the time of booking and submitted.

For NRIs, either they can hand over the cheque in advance or RTGS details will be shared. Unit will be blocked and booked post an authorisation letter and unit identified.

D.] Client KYC docs : Investor name, PAN Card copy (self attested), Address proof (self attested), Email id, Contact nos : Request for a scanned copy to be emailed to us on priority.

Original hard copy will be required self attested at the time of booking and unit allotment.

Working towards ensuring a smooth booking process and managing the unit of our preference during the Intial 2 days of the pre-launch as soon as the booking opens.
