*The Universal Law is the Law of Attraction*
What you get out of life is exactly what you put into it. Happiness is thought first, and then your feelings follow. What you (or your ego) verbalize to you on a regular basis is exactly what you will get, because you've already defeated yourself. You've given yourself permission to quit.
If you want to change your life, your karma, your state of mind, all you have to do is learn to "think" differently. Learn to think positive thoughts. Decide beforehand that you are going to be happy, or that you are going to like something, and you will!
This is a double-edge sword, because when you change your thoughts to positive ones, you attract positive people, which in turn, begets better outcomes and opportunities for yourself.
Don't think so? Then think about this: When you meet someone and they are happy, full of life, treat you like you are special, how does that make you feel? You want to be around people who make you feel good. It's human nature! So, if you start "feeling good" on your own - if you make the decision to be happy, you will attract that! You will attract people who will want to help you. Your life will get better, because Like Begets Like. The Universal Law is the Law of Attraction.
If you want to continue being negative, then that is exactly what you will attract. It's bad Karma to be negative, so be happy. If your life sucks right now, then be happy for what is good. If you examine it hard enough, you can find something to be grateful about - even if the only thing you can find to be grateful about is that God loves you and will be there for you if you'll let Him. I once read that it is folly to place your faith in man, because man will disappoint you. Place your faith in God and He will never let you down.
If none of this helps you to be happy, then it's time to forget your self-interest and focus on others. Make other people happy and you will reap the rewards, because the Law of the Universe works, whether you believe it or not. Try it and watch the miracle unfold!

#Forgiveness
*Forgiveness*
It is monsoon time again & when we use our car, we use our car windshield wipers.
I will never forget this conversation I had with my son.
One rainy afternoon I was driving along one of the main streets of town, taking those extra precautions necessary when the roads are wet and slick.
Suddenly, my son, spoke up from his relaxed position in his seat. "Dad, I'm thinking of something."
This announcement usually meant he had been pondering some fact for a while, and was now ready to expound all that his eight-year-old mind had discovered. I was eager to hear.
"What are you thinking?" I asked.
"The rain!" he began, "is like sin, and the windshield wipers are like God wiping our sins away."
After the chill bumps raced up my arms I was able to respond.
"That's really good, son."
Then my curiosity broke in. How far would this little guy take
this revelation? So I asked, "Do you notice how the rain
keeps on coming? What does that tell you?"
He didn't hesitate one moment with his answer:
"We keep on sinning, and God just keeps on forgiving us."
What a profound thought & one which I will always remember whenever I turn my wipers on.
God teaches us, always forgive those who have sinned against you.
Forgiveness is pure happiness. Pure happiness is achieved because when you forgive a person who has done you harm, you detoxify yourself of all negative energy, free your mind and purify your soul and body.
As long as we don't forgive people who hurt us, they occupy a rent free space in our mind.
This too shall pass,
Forgive and forget and stay blessed forever.

#Lemon juice#lemonade
Sharing a post from a friend.
"I still remember the day I was preparing fresh lime water for the first time...I ended up adding almost five times the amount of lemon than needed. It was a disaster.I had to correct it anyhow.
How I wish I could remove some lemon juice from water to make it taste perfect again! But alas!
Some things can never be undone. Some things can never be changed. There was no way that I know of, to remove the extra lime. So what was the solution then? The only way to correct this was to add four more glasses of water and dilute the lemon juice to make five glasses of fresh lime water.
This made me think.. Sometimes we cannot undo some things that have gone wrong in life. Some wrong decisions, wrong choices, wrong investments, wrong actions, wrong associations, wrong words or wrong doings can never be undone.
So what is the solution then?
When you cannot correct what is wrong, do not waste more time over it. It is like attempting to remove lemon from water.
Instead, get busy in adding so many right things in your life that the wrong seems insignificant.
We all have a negative side to ourselves. We may not be able to remove or correct all our negativities. But we can definitely continue adding positive thoughts, positive reading and positive people in our lives and dilute the negativity. We all have to deal with some easy people and some difficult people in our lives.
Do not waste time trying to change the difficult people. You will drain all your emotional energy in vain. Instead spend more time with the pleasant positive happy people and the difficult people will not affect you any more.
Everything in your life will never be perfect. Do not waste too much time correcting what is wrong.
Get busy doing the right things ...."

#fallback
Who is your fallback..!!ππΌππΌ
People help you the way they know to help you. To help you to come out of stress, one friend will ask you to drink and another will ask you to meditate.
To overcome hurt, one friend will ask you to take revenge and get even, and another will ask you to forgive and get ahead with your life. 'Who is your fallback' makes all the difference.
Duryodhana's predicament, in his own words, was, "I know what is right but I am not able to indulge in it. I know what is wrong but I am not able to avoid it." He needed a fallback. His fallback was his uncle Shakuni, and resultantly, Duryodhana moved from bad to worse.
Arjuna's predicament was different. He was allowing his personal emotions to dominate his sense of duty, and hence wanted to escape from the responsibilities he had towards upholding righteousness. He needed a fallback. His fallback was Krishna, and resultantly, Arjuna was restored to his greatness.
Humans we are, at some point or the other, we all need a fallback. 'Who is your fallback' makes all the difference.

#story
My story in 5 paragraphs. I bet it is yours too.
Paragraph One
I walk down the street. There is an open sink hole I didn't notice. I fall in. I am hurt. I am helpless. It isn't my fault. I cry and complain. It takes a life time to come out.
Paragraph Two
I walk down the street. There is an open sink hole I didn't notice.
I pretend it does not exist. I fall in again. I can't believe my bad luck. But, it isn't my fault. It's all destiny. It still takes a long time to get out.
Paragraph Three
I walk down the same street. There is an open sink hole. I see it is there. I still fall in … it's a habit. It is my fault. I accept responsibility. I grimace and get out immediately.
Paragraph Four
I walk down the same street. I can see the open sink hole I knew was there.
I am alert. I walk around it.
Paragraph Five
I walk down another street.
I was living paragraphs 1,2,3 for a long time. Life had no progress. Happiness was rare. Today, paragraphs 4 and 5 dominate my life. Hence, if you ask me, "Sonal, how are you? My reply would be, "I am on Top of the World." Progress and happiness are my constant companions.
*Which paragraph dominates your life, my dear friend?*

#suicide#sushantsinghrajput
I have heard: a man went to the river to end his life. A Sufi fakir was sitting on the riverbank and he asked, "What are you doing?"
The man was just about to jump in. He said, "Don't stop me. It's too much! This life is nothing, everything is meaningless. I never got anything I wanted, I always got what I wanted to avoid. God is against me, so why should I continue this life?"
The fakir said, "Wait, stay one more day – then you can die. What's the rush? You say you don't have anything?"
The man replied, "Nothing at all. If I had anything, why would I come to take my life?"
The fakir said, "Come with me. The king of this place is my friend." The fakir took him to the king and he whispered something in the king's ear. The king said, "I can offer you a million rupees." The man heard only this, he couldn't hear what the fakir had whispered. The king said, "I can give you a million rupees."
The fakir went to the man and whispered in his ear, "The king is ready to buy both your eyes for a million rupees: will you sell them?"
The man said, "What do you mean? I? Sell my eyes! For a million rupees! Even if he offers ten million I am not going to part with them."
The fakir again consulted the king, and then he said, "Okay, he can give you eleven million." The man said, "Drop the whole idea. I am not doing this kind of business. Why should I sell my eyes?"
The fakir asked, "Will you sell your ears? How about your nose? The king is ready to purchase any part of your body, and at whatever price you ask."
The man said, "No. I won't participate in this business. Why should I sell anything?"
The fakir said, "Look, you are not ready to sell your eyes even for eleven million rupees, and last night you were going to kill yourself. You said you didn't have a thing."
We cannot see what we have. Just think about these eyes. What a miracle! The eye is made from skin, it is a part of the skin, but the eye can see. How crystal clear it is! The impossible has become possible. These ears can hear music, the sweet songs of birds, the murmuring of breezes, the roar of the ocean. These ears are made from skin and bones. Look at this miracle.
You are! This is such a great miracle. Can you imagine a greater miracle? In this body of flesh, bones and blood the lamp of consciousness is burning. Just assess the value of this lamp of consciousness.
No, you have no eyes for it. You say you need a job paying a hundred rupees, but you get one at ninety rupees and you are ready to commit suicide. Or you wanted to have a big house but you got a small one and it seems life has no meaning. Or you go bankrupt, your bank account empties, and you say "Why go on living?" Or you loved a woman and couldn't get her, or loved a man and couldn't get him. Now you want to die.
The more you desire, the more unhappy you are. The more you see how much you receive without desiring, the more indescribable gifts will shower on you, uncaused. What do you deserve? What have you done to deserve the life you have been given? What have you done that you can dance in the sun's rays for a moment or talk with the moon and stars? On what basis? What claim can you make?
On what basis do you claim the right to touch gentle breezes, and to sing sweetly, to be bubbling with joy, or to be able to meditate? What have you done for these gifts? All this has come to you – pure grace – and still you are miserable. Still you are complaining, still you are sad. Certainly this disease of the ego is consuming us. Everyone is infected with it.
