We are glad to update that Oberoi Realty do plan to launch the Borivali East premium residential project by second week of Sep 2015  / early 1st week of Aug 2015.

For the initial 2-3 days, there will be a special rate offer for a limited inventory through preferred channel partners of Oberoi Realty. A very dear friend is a preferred channel partner with Oberoi Realty

I'm very positive and highly recommend investing in this upcoming project by Oberoi Realty @ Borivalli East on the 25 Acre land parcel bought from Tata Steel, opp Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The pre-launch was first expected to be announced in March 2015.

Oberoi Borivali project is on the main WE highway overlooking the lush green National Park spreading across 25 Acres, 8 to 10 Towers of 55-60 storey each consisting of 3 BHK (1000-1100 sqft carpet area) & 4 BHK (1300-1400 sqft carpet area) premium units only. Tentative pricing of a 3 BHK expected to start from Rs. 2.50 Crs and a 4 BHK expected to be priced at Rs. 3.50 Crs onwards.  Booking will be initiated with a booking amount of 10%.

Considering the excellent track record of Oberoi Developers with all their precious projects - Oberoi Springs Andheri West, Oberoi City Goregaon East and the latest launch at Mulund had seen overwhelming response in the initial couple of days of launch period and the appreciation in price there after.

Oberoi Borivali East Project is one of most awaited project from the Oberoi Realty portfolio and is expected to be the most ambitious and one of the bigger project from Oberoi's. The project is supposed to set new benchmark in real estate in Mumbai in terms of concept, design and scale.
