This chakra is the power centre of emotions and positive self-control. When the third chakra is blocked, we feel unworthy and our self-esteem is pretty low.
Depression and anxiety are not the only problems – you could also struggle with physical problems like indigestion, ulcer, diabetes, liver and kidney problems, anorexia, bulimia, intestinal tumor, etc.
Use lavender, bergamot and rosemary oil to unblock the energy flow of the solar plexus chakra. Bergamot stimulates the digestive system, and thus causes less strain to the intestine.

Marshmallow also relaxes this chakra, and eases our effort to control life. Use anise, celery, cinnamon, lily of the valey, ginger, mints (peppermint, spearmint, ets,), melissa, turmeric, cumin and fennel to balance the solar plexus chakra.
